Hello

It's me
I was wondering after all these posts if you still like to read
A bit about everything
They say that blogs are supposed to be passe
But I still got things to say.

Hello, can you hear me?
I'm writing and I'm writing as though life is still the same as
Before Covid and when Presidents were sane
I've forgotten how it felt before the world fell at the seams.

There's such a difference between then
And the stress of now.

Hello from the other side
I've imagined 'least a thousand times
That I wish life was simple
And the people still were kind
But when I write no ever
Seems to be there.

Hello from the Covid times
At least I can say that I've tried
To write you good things
Though some might be hard
But it don't matter, it clearly
Is too hard for you there.

Hello, how are you?
It's so typical of me to talk about myself, I"m sorry
I hope you are well
Is life too hard, the news too bad for you
to be online for too long?

Hello

(With apologies to Adele, and forgive me for a little pathetic navel gazing.)

Hello, yes, I still like to read your blog! Actually for me it is one of the things to look forward to each day. :-) Even though we live on different continents, there are many similarities, which makes these weird times a bit easier. Trying to keep positive,to explain to the kids what is importand right now (like keeping your distance and thinking about what politicians say and not just blindly accepting everything),but also enjoying little moments like an impromptu party in the garden just with the kids and their favourite cuddly toys, reading books to them/same books as them to discuss them with the kids, taking long walks just chatting...
Thank you for writing!

I look for your posts every day - sometimes many times a day. Yours is a voice of light in the darkness, and has helped me so much with my own daughter, home nearly 12 years, just recently being able to tell us when she is hungry. Thank you for writing.

I follow your blog daily and have for years. I appreciate your honesty,it is hard some days to parent a child who was older when adopted. I have learned that so many of us have similar challenges and that good or bad I can say oh yeah we've seen that behavior, we're not alone.
I like your pictures of the farm, the animals and the kids.
I'm reading and I spend very little time online.
Thanks again
