Try carrying a small notebook and pencil around in your pocket for a few days. Every 15 to 30 minutes jot down in a few words anything you have done for another person during that time. Make breakfast, wash a load of laundry, help someone in the bathroom, teach a "behavior" lesson, drive someone somewhere, even play with a baby. At the end you will have dozens if not hundreds of worthwhile and important things on your list.
